💡 Tips

Use thin, springy egg noodles for authentic texture.

Double boil the noodles (hot–cold–hot) for better chewiness.

Wantans can be steamed or fried for variation.

Add a spoonful of chili oil or sambal for extra heat.

Prep sauce in advance and tweak sweetness or saltiness to taste.
